What is it

A tiny Magisk module for the Duoqin F21 Pro , a semi-feature phone with a numeric keypad running Android. GSIs ship without the stock keylayout files, which leaves most of the physical keys doing nothing useful.

This module just drops the original keylayout files back in /system/usr/keylayout/ via Magisk’s overlay system, so the hardware keys behave the way the stock firmware intends.

Why

I daily-drove the F21 Pro for a while as a “dumbphone”. Flashing custom firmware was basically required, considering the stock AOSP firmware from the seller had a lot of missing functionality, but losing the keypad mapping defeated the point of having a keypad in the first place.
